We from the hotel Fronza always do our best to make your stay an all-round feel-good experience. Therefore we offer you a range of advantages in all areas. Let us spoil you all around and discover our varied inclusive services.

And before you pack your bags, here are some holiday information and travel tips for you:

• Arrival and departure:
  The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 a.m. A late-check-out is also possible on request.
• Payment:
  The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by cheque or by credit card.
• Bus stop:
  You can reach the bus stop on foot in only 2 minutes. The bus serves as a hiking bus in summer and as a ski bus in winter.
• Electric charging stations:
  Free charging station for electric bikes.
  NEW: Our charging station for electric cars has two charging points with universal connections for every type of car. Here you can charge the batteries of all current e-mobiles conveniently and for a fee.
• Gym:
  NEW from the End of June: Fitness room with cardio and strength equipment. Lots of movement and cardio training have a vitalising effect on body, soul and spirit. Well then, off to your workout!
• Single room supplement:
  Category "Gimietlich": Euro 25.00
  Other categories: Euro 40.00
• Indoor swimming pool:
  The indoor swimming pool is open from 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
• Dogs:
  You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on request. For dogs we charge Euro 20.00 per day without food. So that your four-legged friend feels good all around, you should bring his own basket or a blanket. Unfortunately dogs do not have access to the wellness area and the restaurant.

• Price information:
  Our hotel prices are in Euro per night and person. Including rich breakfast buffet, 4-course evening menu of your choice and all inclusive services. The local tax of Euro 2,90 per person from 14 years and day is not included in the price.
• Travel cancellation insurance:
  Unfortunately, an unforeseen event can always happen. Be prepared for all cases and take out a travel cancellation insurance.
• Sauna:
  The sauna is open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Cancellation:
  Cancellation policy:
  You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival free of charge and the deposit paid for confirmation will be retained. For cancellations from the 29th day until the 15th day before the arrival date we charge 30 % of the total amount and from the 14th day until the 3rd day before the arrival date we charge 70 % of the total amount.
  In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the date of arrival, non-arrival, early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the total amount minus the fishing rod already paid for confirmation.
