Yes, you can spend your holiday at the Fronza entirely without a car. You can arrive by train; the destination station is Brunico (Bruneck). The north-south line runs via Innsbruck, the Brenner Pass and Bolzano, usually changing at Fortezza (Franzensfeste); the east-west line runs via Lienz, San Candido (Innichen) and Fortezza. From Brunico you continue by bus or taxi. The bus stop is just 100 metres from the hotel. You can also arrive by car and still leave it parked for your entire stay: our bus and train connections are so good that the car can stay put, and all public transport within South Tyrol is free with the Guest Pass we provide.

Yes, Hotel Fronza is suitable for families. We have our own playground, a playroom and huge family rooms. There are children's dishes at dinner and great nature experiences for every age. Children may also use the indoor pool and the whirlpool. The sauna area is adults only.

Cancellation conditions: you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; the deposit paid as confirmation is retained and credited towards a future stay. For cancellations from the 29th to the 15th day before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount, and from the 14th to the 3rd day before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount. For cancellations less than 3 days before arrival, no-shows, early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the total amount, less the deposit already paid as confirmation.
