Our hotel prices are in Euro per night and person. Including rich breakfast buffet, 4-course evening menu of your choice and all inclusive services. The local tax of Euro 2.10 per person from 14 years and day is not included in the price.

Payment
The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by cheque or by credit card.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on request. For dogs we charge Euro 15.00 per day without food. In order that your four-legged friend feels good all around, you should bring his own basket or a blanket. Unfortunately dogs do not have access to the wellness area and the restaurant.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival free of charge and we will refund your deposit for confirmation. For cancellations from the 29th day until the 15th day before the arrival date we charge 30 % of the total amount and from the 14th day until the 3rd day before the arrival date we charge 70 % of the total amount. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the date of arrival, non-arrival, early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the total amount minus the fishing rod already paid for confirmation.
Travel cancellation insurance
Unfortunately, an unforeseen event can always happen. Be prepared for all cases and take out a travel cancellation insurance.
